  • Bob has over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive financial planning strategies to families, business owners and nonprofit organizations. He has held management and marketing positions with Fortune 500 companies, including MetLife and USBank. His focus is always on helping clients to identify their most important goals and working with them to create long-term solutions.

  • He has a specialized knowledge of qualified retirement plans and retirement income planning along with a constant commitment to help protect client's assets and income as they work towards financial independence. He is passionate about understanding the legacy each client desires to create for their families and communities. Once an understanding of their goals and desires is in place, he works to create wealth transfer strategies that minimize shrinkage of the estate and maximize the amount of wealth that is passed to spouses, children and the community.

  • Bob strives to be active in the community and is a member of development committees for Guild Inc. and Community Emergency Services. He chairs the endowment committee of his church and is on the finance committee. He is a member of the City of Lakes Rotary Club, the Minnesota Planned Giving Council and a partner with Social Venture Partners of Minnesota.

  • He holds a degree in Political Science from Middlebury College along with a Certificate in Fundraising/Fund Development from the University of St. Thomas Business College’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence. He lives in Lakeville, MN with his wife Kelly and their three sons Eric, Reed and Marin.

  • Published author and experienced lecturer; serves as Academic Program Director for and teaches in Rice University’s CFP® Certification Education Program. Member of the Houston Chapter of CPAs, serving as the Vice-Chair of the Members in Industry Committee; member of the Houston Financial Planning Association; Board Member of the Pearland Economic Development Corporation.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and MBA with accounting emphasis from the University of New Orleans.

    Director of Planning

  • Helps to create estate, retirement, investment, and business succession plans for client.

  • Holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of William and Mary, as well as the FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66. Member of the Northeast Florida Estate Planning Council.

    • Areas of expertise include fixed-income, equity allocations, alternative investments and affluent wealth management.


    • BA in Political Science from Lipscomb University in 1981 and graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Law. Holds a Series 7 registration.

  • Primary area of expertise: Broad knowledge of complex estate planning, business succession planning and retirement planning concepts. Frequently hosts a variety of nationally disseminated educational sessions focused on current tax law and planning strategies.
